Scadenziario: never miss a deadline again

Between tax deadlines, invoices to pay, subscriptions and recurring income, keeping everything in your head is impossible. Spreadsheets, phone reminders and separate calendars are not enough. That is why we built Scadenziario: a single place to see what is due, when and how much.

The challenge

The client needed to replace a messy mix of notes and spreadsheets with a tool shared across the team — one that could tell income from expenses, handle recurrences automatically and warn them before a deadline became a problem. All without giving up the calendar they use every day: Google Calendar.

The solution: a single shared scheduler

We built a web app on Laravel and Livewire. Each team works in shared workspaces: deadlines are created with a title, description, amount, date and type (income or expense), organised by category and able to repeat automatically.

Deadlines: income, expenses and recurrences

Every deadline can be an expense (a tax, an invoice, a subscription) or an income. Recurrences — daily, weekly, monthly or yearly, with a custom interval and end date — save you from re-entering the same items every month, and documents can be attached to each entry.

Organised by category

Deadlines are grouped into colour-coded categories — Taxes, Invoices, Subscriptions, Personal, Work — so it is immediately clear where the money goes and what is coming up.

Automatic reminders

For every deadline you choose how many days in advance to be warned. A scheduled process runs every morning and sends reminders via email and as an in-app notification: no deadline ever takes you by surprise.

Google Calendar sync

The real added value is the two-way sync with Google Calendar. Deadlines created in Scadenziario appear on the calendar automatically, while changes made in Google are pulled back in every few minutes. You just connect the account once.

Income, expenses and analytics

The analytics section shows income, expenses and balance for the period at a glance, along with the monthly trend and the breakdown by category: one look and you know how you are doing.

Security

Access is protected by passkeys, two-factor authentication and Google login, to keep sensitive data such as amounts and deadlines safe.

The results

Deadlines, payments and income finally in one place, reminders that arrive early, recurrences that manage themselves and a calendar that is always aligned. Zero missed deadlines.

From spreadsheets to a single shared scheduler, synced with Google Calendar.
