The Challenge
Replace the classic paper loyalty card with a modern, digital solution integrated with an e-commerce system for ordering cupcakes. The client needed an app for the end user and a solid admin panel to track scans, orders and catalogue.
The Solution
We designed a complete ecosystem: an elegant, intuitive custom admin panel built on Laravel and Filament to manage customers, ingredients and products, paired with a mobile app. The app lets customers keep their loyalty card always in their pocket (earning points via in-store QR code scanner) and order sweets straight from their device.
