Pasticcia: a digital loyalty card always in your pocket
We replaced the paper stamp card with a complete digital ecosystem: an app with a loyalty card and online orders for customers, and a bespoke admin panel for the bakery.
A paper stamp card gets lost, wears out and tells you nothing about your customers. For Pasticcia Cupcakeria we imagined something more: a digital loyalty card always in your pocket, connected to an admin panel that puts the owner in control.
The challenge
Paper cards give no data about customers, the cake catalogue was updated by word of mouth and orders came in scattered across messages and phone calls. They needed a single platform to build loyalty and manage products, orders and deliveries.
The solution: app + admin panel
We built a complete ecosystem: a customer app with a virtual loyalty card and online ordering, and a bespoke admin panel for the owner. From the dashboard they keep an eye on monthly orders, customers, active products and loyalty cards, with shortcuts to the most frequent actions.
The digital loyalty card
Each customer carries their points card in the app as a QR code. In store the staff scan it with the card scanner (or enter the code by hand) to credit points: no more stamps, and every purchase becomes useful data.
Catalogue: products, categories and ingredients
The owner manages the catalogue autonomously: products with photo, price, description and allergens, availability for delivery and drive-in, categories with dedicated icons and the list of ingredients linked to each cake.
Orders and deliveries
Every order has a code, customer, total, fulfilment method (shipping or drive-in) and payment status. The detail view shows the purchased products, the delivery address, internal notes and even the customer’s live location on the map.
Customers
Each customer has their own profile with contacts, multiple addresses and loyalty points balance: the foundation to know who buys and reward them.
Configuration and content
From the settings you control shipping cost, drive-in hours, opening days, special closures and order-suspension time slots. There is also management of the legal content (privacy policy and terms) shown in the app.
The results
A fully digital loyalty programme, a catalogue updated independently, orders organised in one place and, above all, real customer data to bring people back more often.
From a paper card to an ecosystem that builds loyalty and grows the shop.
