The Challenge
Professionals and small businesses were chasing deadlines across Excel spreadsheets, phone reminders and separate calendars. The result: forgotten payments, avoidable penalties and lost track of receivables. What was missing was a single reference point to know what is due, when and how much — so that nothing would ever be forgotten again.
The Solution
Zaldo is the web app, built on Laravel and Livewire, that brings tax deadlines, payments and recurring receivables together in one place.
Each team works in shared workspaces, where deadlines are organised by category and type (income or expense), with amount, automatic recurrence and attachments. Email and in-app reminders notify you with the number of days' notice you choose, while two-way synchronisation with Google Calendar keeps everything aligned with your everyday agenda. Access protected with passkeys, two-factor authentication and Google login.

Deadlines are organised by category and type — income or expenses — with amount, recurrence and attachments. Each workspace shows at a glance the total income and expenses and the expected balance for the period.
